Jousting with Jesters is an ABC book that follows the adventures of Dennis the dragon. Once out of his egg, Dennis sets off an a quest to find his flame. On his way Dennis has many adventures and encounters all sorts of interesting characters.

STORY

Each page of the book presents a different letter of the alphabet. These "letter" pages each have a beautiful illustration containing many references to a letter of the alphabet. Readers are challenged to find all of the references on each page. Each page also presents an alliterative phrase for its letter of the alphabet.

Readers can experience the book in several ways; visually and artistically (as a picture book), orally and linguistically (speaking and hearing alliterative phrases), and intellectually (as a quest to find all of the letter references on each page)
